Welcome to My Wife Told Me To Sell It. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our retail store and any related services, products, or website (“Services”). By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.


1. General Information

1.1 Store Location

Our retail store is located in Guam at Compadres Mall Grand Bazaar, 562 Harmon Loop Road Dededo, Guam 96929. We offer services online in addition to our in-person location, but we do not operate any other physical retail locations.

1.2 Eligibility

To make a purchase or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.


2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that the products offered in-store and online are available. However, product availability may change without notice, and we do not guarantee the availability of any particular product.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including charging the correct price after a sale.

2.3 Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied in accordance with Guam tax laws, based on the location of purchase. Tax rates may vary depending on your location or the nature of your purchase.


3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via cash, PayPal, Navy Federal, and major cards and digital wallets. The last option includes an additional 3% convenience fee. Payments for online orders must be made in full within 48-72 hours if not picking up in-store within that time frame. Orders fulfilled in store must be paid for immediately.


4. Loyalty Program

4.1 Earning Points

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for each dollar spent on actual payments for products at our store. Only payments made with cash, PayPal, Navy Federal, or major cards and digital wallets qualify for earning loyalty points. Only customers who have an existing e-mail address attached to their MWTMTSI account will receive points for their purchases.

Trade-in credits and gift card redemptions do not qualify for earning loyalty points and will be automatically excluded if the system mistakenly counts them toward points earned.

4.2 Points Expiration

Loyalty points do not expire and will remain in your account as long as the loyalty program is active.

4.3 Redemption and Refund Policy

Loyalty points may be redeemed toward eligible purchases online and in-store. $5 discount redemptions require a minimum of a $20 or more purchase. $10 discount redemptions require a $30 or more purchase. $20 discount redemptions require a $50 or more purchase. Redemptions are limited to once per order per day. We have the right to cancel orders that do not follow this policy. All purchases made using loyalty points are non-refundable, consistent with our All Sales Final policy (see Section 6.1).


5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We do not offer shipping services for products purchased at our store. All transactions are processed for in-store pickup only.

5.2 In-Store Pickup

While we do not offer delivery, we strive to ensure timely in-store pickup and order fulfillment. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.


6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 All Sales Final

All sales are final once payment has been completed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.


7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or using our Services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

7.2 Personal Use Only

You agree to use our Services and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale or commercial use of products purchased from our store is prohibited unless otherwise authorized.


8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, images, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed in our store or on our website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store, products, or Services. This includes any loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

9.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, or carrier delays.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Territory of Guam.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Guam. If arbitration is not suitable, disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Guam.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
